I cherish the work of being a doula! I focus my support on families who are striving to have a natural birth through nourishment, respect, comforts, advocacy, and information. With my motherly, and calming presence I am there for the long haul. I complete a full circle of support for those sacred moments of new life, motherhood and fatherhood.

My Birth Doula package

$1800 serving families located within 30 minutes of Manor, TX

Prenatals: 

Two to four visits depending on the needs of your family.

Each visit is about 2 1/2 hours long.

Extra visits available for $100 each.

 

Goals of Prenatals:​

• Clarify roles and expectations.  

• Help you make a birth plan.

• Discuss labor support techniques, and food.

• Practice relaxation methods and labor positions.

• Answer questions and concerns. 

• Meet my backup doula.

• Attend your birth team meeting, hospital tour, and/or appointment with your provider when desired.

Ongoing Telephone Support:

I am your doula, PLEASE call with any questions!

Presence at your Birth: 

I am on-call 24/7 starting from three weeks before your due date until you have the baby.

After your birth I remain with you until you are comfortable and have initiated breast feeding, usually 1-2 hours.

Postpartums: 

One to two visits, each about 1 hour long.
